Orange Blossom and Kumquat Sour

About This Recipe:

Welcome the spring season with this refreshing and vibrant cocktail, the Orange Blossom and Kumquat Sour. Made with fresh kumquat juice and a delicate orange blossom syrup, this cocktail perfectly captures the bright flavors of the season. With both kumquats and orange blossoms in season right now, this cocktail is the perfect way to celebrate the arrival of spring.

To make this cocktail, simply combine gin, elderflower liqueur, fresh kumquat juice, lemon juice, orange blossom syrup, and your choice of egg white or aquafaba in a shaker with ice. The egg white or aquafaba adds a delightful frothiness to the drink, making it extra creamy and velvety. Plus, using aquafaba instead of egg white is a great vegan option that is just as delicious.

Garnished with a slice of kumquat, this cocktail is as beautiful as it is delicious. Perfect for sipping on a sunny afternoon or enjoying with friends, the Orange Blossom and Kumquat Sour is the ultimate springtime refresher.
