- 1 oz elderflower liqueur

- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 cup fresh orange blossoms
- Ice
- Kumquat slice, for garnish
Instructions
- Juice the kumquats and strain the juice to remove any seeds and pulp.
- In a shaker, combine the gin, elderflower liqueur, kumquat juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white, and fresh orange blossoms.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
